Grand Event Rentals DC recommends 10sq ft per guest. For example, if you have 20 guests, you should estimate 200sq ft. (10sq ft x 20 guests).

Determine Grass Or Concrete
Tents can do on either grass or a hard surface. However, it is more difficult to install a tent on concrete, resulting in slightly higher costs.
